Once the payment is received, the order will be prepared and the shipment will be made.

All shipments have a tracking number so that the customer can know at all times where his order is.

Delivery times depend on the selected service:

  • Standard Postal Package (2 to 3 business days).
  • Express Mail (1 business day).
  • National Certified Letter (Average time from 1 to 3 business days).

To the delivery times we must add the handling time. (Average handling time 1 day).

If there is any anomaly in the delivery of the order, the customer must verify the status and content (damage or missing parts, damaged package, broken parts) and reflect it at the time of delivery, even rejecting the package if necessary.

We work with large national and international transport companies: Correos, Correos Express, Seur, GLS... etc.

When the sale is International, the shipments may be subject to Customs clearance and the transport company may charge the corresponding fees. We are not responsible for this expense since we do not know the amount thereof and it will depend on each country and the merchandise in question. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you ask the Customs Department of your country.
